Elizabeth North
Care Coordination and Intake Manager
Elizabeth North comes to our team having experience in ABA, Special Education and business development.
She truly believes that Care Coordination is the most important part of her job and honors every conversation she has—she hopes to be the Care Coordinator she needed when she first dove into raising her own daughter with Autism.
Elizabeth is a mom of five with multiple neurodivergent children. If her kids are interested, so is she-or she will learn to be. When she’s not working you can find her cheering on her kids as they grow or penning her next blog.
Elizabeth is grateful that Hafsa and Amanda began Roots to Blooms and that they trust her to be a part of the team.

Jannah Tarfa
Farmhouse Manager
Hi! I am Jannah Tarfa, the Farmhouse Manager at R2B. I graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. in Government & International Politics. I use my skills in organization, community engagement, and global understanding to manage the Farmhouse and coordinate welcoming events. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking and drawing!
Working at R2B has been a rewarding experience, giving me the opportunity to grow while supporting a mission that not only supports the autistic community but truly helps them thrive.
I love creating a welcoming space where anyone who comes through the Farmhouse feels at home. Knowing the space can be a place of belonging for anyone makes the work meaningful.
